Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms cover what you send with bdrop at bdrop.cc. bdrop is made and run by one person: me, Matias Barragan. The bstack terms cover the bstack account, and the Privacy Policy says what is stored. Sending something with bdrop means you accept these terms.
What you send is yours, and your responsibility
bdrop only moves what you send to the devices that have the code. I don't look at drops, and I don't check them before they arrive. You are responsible for what you send and for having the right to send it.
What you may not send
Nothing that is illegal where you are or where it is received. That includes sexual content involving anyone under 18, which I report to the authorities whenever I find it. It also includes malware, material you have no right to share, content that threatens or harasses someone, and anything meant to trick people into giving up passwords or money.
What happens after a report
Anyone in a drop can report it with the Report link. A reported drop stops showing its files at once and takes nothing new. I review reports, delete what breaks these rules, and pass illegal content and the details I hold about it to the authorities when the law asks me to or when someone is at risk. You can also write to mati@barragan.com.py with the code.
To stop abuse I may also limit or block a network that floods bdrop, without warning.
The service
bdrop is free and offered as it is. Drops are deleted when they expire, after one day at most, so don't use bdrop as the only copy of anything. It may be unavailable now and then, and features may change.
Liability
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for what people send with bdrop, or for losses that come from using it or from not being able to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
